Who We Are
Max & More is a hospitality and interior consultancy design enterprise that specialises in working with independent hotels and lodges to enhance the guests journey through affordable advice, design and training across Africa and the UK.
With over 28 years of hospitality experience at senior management level within the UK industry, including Food & Beverage management for international chains, General management for luxury boutique style hotels, with the last 12 years in East Africa as a consultant and business owner, lead consultant Maxine Silsby is in a unique position to offer a wide range of services to the hospitality industry on both continents.
Depending on the scope of the project Max & More works with a selection of associates that are available for specialist training and development whom are experts in their field.
